Job summary

Montello Care Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive therapy to residents in a supportive, small-town setting. You will deliver speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy, while working with an interdisciplinary team to implement customized care plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and documentation skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
• Advocate for patients and help them find their voice.
