Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Montesano, WA. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders while collaborating with a supportive rehab team.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45-55, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a well-established SNF environment in Montesano, with Monday–Friday schedules.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current WA SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered when supervision is available.

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
