Job summary

Resolve Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team in West Allis. The role focuses on evaluations, treatment planning, and collaborative care to improve residents' communication, cognition, and swallowing.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, document per Medicare and facility guidelines, and participate in care and discharge planning, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current Wisconsin SLP license required.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.

A skilled nursing facility in the West Allis area is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team.
