Elara Caring is seeking a Spiritual Coordinator to join our hospice team in Michigan. You will assess spiritual needs, create care plans, and provide guidance with cultural sensitivity in a home-based setting.
The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in divinity or related field, chaplain certification, and 2 years of relevant experience, with 50% travel. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and support families before and after bereavement.
