Elara Caring in Des Plaines, IL, seeks a Spiritual Coordinator PRN (12 hours per week) to join our hospice team. You will assess spiritual needs, develop care plans, provide counseling, and support patients and families with compassion while respecting diverse beliefs.

As a Spiritual Coordinator, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
You will report to the Clinical Team Manager.
The hourly pay for this position is $26 to 28 and is based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
