Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Plano, TX seeks a merchandising associate to ensure our products are stocked, displayed, rotated, and merchandised at grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes. You will transport products using pallet jacks, use company systems for routing and photo documentation, and maintain backstock for inventory freshness.

Applicants should be at least 18, have reliable transportation with a valid license, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push & pull 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency, and account monitoring; upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
• 6 months related work experience
