Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a dynamic Activation Manager to drive strategic and commercial goals across a designated market in San Jose, CA. You will build strong relationships with on-premise/off-premise accounts, develop customer strategies, and execute promotional programming to boost volumes.

You will leverage industry experience and interpersonal skills to lead meetings, manage budgets, and deliver year-over-year growth while aligning with Bacardi's standards and events in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Spirits/Beverage industry or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to present to executives and teams.
• Must be able to travel and network with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with on-premise accounts within designated territory.
• Submit activity reports and KPI progress in proprietary tools.
• Participate in market planning and manage activation budgets.
• Execute activities to drive sales and promotional programming.
• Lead meetings with key accounts to develop business opportunities and volumes.
• Deliver year-over-year growth while meeting KPI targets.
• Be visible at local events and support national initiatives locally.
