Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Tooling Supervisor to lead a team of 6–10 tooling technicians across all shifts at the St. Louis Membrane Solutions facility.

The role focuses on safety, tooling readiness, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement to support spinning production lines and quality outcomes. The position requires deep knowledge of spinning tooling systems (winders, jets, pumps), strong leadership, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Associates degree in a technical field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all tooling personnel across all shifts and promote BSP and EHS standards.
• Maintain all spinning tooling in a ready-state across winders, jets, pumps, and related tooling.
• Sustain and improve the preventive maintenance tooling program for reliability.
• Drive tooling process improvements and quick-change options for changeovers.
• Develop capabilities within the tooling team and coach frontline leaders.
• Coordinate tooling support across Yellow, Blue, and Night shifts to match spinning production needs.
• Develop and maintain tooling management, standard work, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality requirements and audit readiness.
