Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Tooling Supervisor for its St. Louis Membrane Solutions facility. You will lead a team of tooling technicians, ensure winders, jets, and pumps are maintained, and drive reliability improvements across all shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and a solid safety mindset, with collaboration across engineering and maintenance to sustain 24/7 spinning production readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Associates degree preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct a tooling team of 6–10 technicians and leads across all shifts.
• Ensure tooling readiness and preventive maintenance to support spinning production.
• Drive safety with BSP adherence and EHS standards.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to optimize tooling reliability and changeovers.
