Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a Spinner Technician to join our Photo Operations team. You will monitor inline issues on wafer fabrication photo spinner equipment, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure quality results.

The role emphasizes data analysis, SOP adherence, and cross-team collaboration with Engineering to drive yield and product quality. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree or 5+ years direct applicable Photo semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and technical documents.
• Strong problem solving and assessment capability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to in-line issues in the wafer fabrication photo spinner equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex photo spinner equipment issues.
• Communicate clearly to elevate unknowns or issues.
• Analyze data using software tools to identify trends and potential problems and translate into solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure production quality from the spinner equipment.
• Execute change point management to ensure Quality execution and validation.
• Continuously update SOPs to maintain quality results.
