Job summary

Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with an interest in orthopedic spine surgery to join our growing team in Northeast Florida. This full-time role offers collaboration with spine surgeons in clinical and surgical settings to care for patients with spinal disorders and injuries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) program.
• Active Florida PA-C or ARNP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine, surgical, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat spine-related conditions.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Order/review/interprete imaging (X-rays, CT, MRI).
• Assist in surgical and non-surgical spine patient management.
• Provide pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up.
