Job summary

NY Orthopedics PC in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our orthopedic spine team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced spine surgeon in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple NJ locations.

Responsibilities include patient consultations, pre- and post-operative evaluations, surgical first assist, and diagnosing through MRI/CT/X-ray/EMG.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in New Jersey
• Spanish speaking preferred
• New graduates welcome (must have passed PA exam; training provided)
• Prior orthopedic/spine experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations and physical examinations
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations
• Serve as surgical first assist
• Review and interpret diagnostics (MRI, CT, X-ray, EMG)
• Develop treatment plans and manage medications
• Coordinate care and maintain direct communication with patients
• Collaborate with surgeons and advanced providers
