The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Orthopedics/Spine, OR first assist experience, and NJ license with APN/PA certification. The team emphasizes work-life balance and collaborative patient care within a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited APN or PA program.
• At least 2 years in Orthopedics/Spine acute care.
• RNFA experience or willingness to participate in OR first assist.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rounds and consultations for spine patients.
• First assist in spine cases and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Evaluate post-operative patients and coordinate care with the team.
