Job summary

UNC Health Cary Orthopaedics seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Interventional Pain and Spine team in an outpatient setting. The APP will work closely with the physician, managing patients with acute and chronic pain while receiving mentorship and procedural training.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an APRN or PA in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic support within an orthopedic and spine practice.
• Collaborate with physician to manage acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Engage in mentorship and hands-on training to expand procedural skills.
