Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a spine education program lead to design, execute and optimize clinician education initiatives across the US healthcare ecosystem. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Education, or related field).
• Typically requires 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical education, commercial training, or healthcare program management.
• Experience supporting or delivering education programs for healthcare professionals, ideally in orthopedics or spine.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of spine education programs aligned with US commercial and clinical strategies.
• Develop and deliver training content, including procedural education and product application for spine-focused healthcare professionals.

• Identify educational gaps and implement targeted programs to address evolving clinical and product training needs.
• Plan and manage educational events such as workshops, cadaver labs, symposia, and training courses.
• Collaborate with Academic Medical Centers (AMCs) and key opinion leaders to deliver high-impact education experiences.
• Analyze program effectiveness using key metrics and implement continuous improvements to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure all education programs and materials meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Incorporate innovative learning approaches, including digital tools and simulation-based training, to enhance engagement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination for education initiatives.
