Qualifications

• Experience with gender-neutral pelvic health is required.
• Must have State Licensure or Registration.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
• Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
• Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and to keep them informed of any additional patient treatment modifications and/or progress.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Prepare Discharge reports/summaries
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies
