Medicus Spine & Joint is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APR N/NP or PA-C) to join our multidisciplinary spine and interventional pain care team in a Monday–Friday outpatient setting. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and other specialists.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage patient evaluations and coordinate care with appropriate clinical independence.
• A collaborative, professional, and patientfirst approach.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive newpatient evaluations and followup assessments.
• Perform focused musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, and neurological examinations.
• Review medical histories, diagnostic imaging, and prior treatment records.
• Develop clinical assessments and individualized treatment recommendations within your scope of practice.
• Identify appropriate diagnostic testing, specialist consultations, and treatment referrals.
• Coordinate care across multiple specialties and monitor patient progress.
• Recognize clinical red flags and elevate findings appropriately.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and next steps.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely electronic medical records.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, clinical teams, and external healthcare professionals.
• Uphold high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and professional accountability.
