Job summary

Integrity Medical Group in Central Florida is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our neurosurgery and orthopaedics specialty team in Summerfield and Clermont. The role focuses on spine care with exposure to extremities and interventional pain management as needed.

You will collaborate with physicians to evaluate patients, plan treatments, review imaging, and coordinate follow-ups in a high-volume clinic, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse program.
• Current Florida licensure appropriate to the position; PA-C or APRN.
• NCCPA certification or applicable national certification.
• 1+ year in neurosurgery/orthopaedics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories and focused neurological and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Evaluate and manage neurosurgical and orthopaedic spine conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
• Review diagnostic studies (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, labs) within scope of practice.
• Monitor progress and communicate findings to treating physician.
• Assist with in-office procedures and patient care activities.
• Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinate referrals, testing, and follow-up appointments.
