Medicus Spine & Joint invites an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN, NP, or PA-C) to join our multidisciplinary team in Florida. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care across spine, orthopedic, neurology, and interventional pain specialties.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN/NP or PA-C license.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current national board certification, as applicable.
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain, if required.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage patient evaluations and coordinate care with appropriate clinical independence.
• A collaborative, professional, and patient-first approach.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive new-patient evaluations and follow-up assessments.
• Perform focused musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, and neurological examinations.
• Review medical histories, diagnostic imaging, and prior treatment records.
• Develop clinical assessments and individualized treatment recommendations within your scope of practice.
• Identify appropriate diagnostic testing, specialist consultations, and treatment referrals.
• Coordinate care across multiple specialties and monitor patient progress.
• Recognize clinical red flags and elevate findings appropriately.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and next steps.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely electronic medical records.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, clinical teams, and external healthcare professionals.
• Uphold high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and professional accountability.
