Kohler Co. is seeking a Casting Finishing Machine Operator – Spin Blast for its Cast Iron division in Kohler, WI. This onsite role requires certified safety credentials, basic computer skills, and the ability to read prints and process sheets.

The position offers an hourly rate of $26.55 plus a $1.50 shift premium, with 2nd shift hours 1:00PM–9:18PM and potential overtime. Benefits begin Day 1, with health, dental, vision, and retirement options available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Primary Spin Blast for industrial casting.
• Must be PIV certified, LOTO certified.
• Proficient with computers, read prints/process sheets, palletize and package parts.
• Use of hand tools, pneumatic grinders, and gauges is required.
