Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to organize, coordinate and supervise day-to-day Casting Finishing operations on the Auto Tub Line within a foundry environment.

You will ensure production is met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality, delivery and cost objectives while supporting continuous improvement and team engagement. Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office is required.
• Strong leadership, communication and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and foundry environment.
• Prior supervisor/manager experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and assigns work to Casting Finishing and Auto Tub Line operators to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Ensures the workforce is properly trained, qualified, and understands job expectations prior to assignment.
• Frequently evaluates job procedures and operator performance to maintain safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
• Supports Kohler Operating System (KOS) initiatives and maintains 5S standards.
• Maintains hour-by-hour operational continuity and communicates across shifts.
