Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring a Casting Finishing Machine Operator – Spin Blast at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. This is a 2nd shift role from 1:00 PM to 9:18 PM with overtime as needed, onsite with benefits from day one.

You will operate spin blast for industrial casting, must have PIV and LOTO certs, read prints, palletize and package parts, and use hand tools, pneumatic grinders and gauges. Candidates must be US-authorized and 18+.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Effective communication for manufacturing processes.
• Minimum age of 18.

Skills/Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
