Luttrell Staffing Group is recruiting a Production | Seasoning/ Mix Specialist for our partner, T.Marzetti, in Horse Cave, KY. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers a $15 per hour wage and a 4am-4pm shift with weekly pay.

The position requires detailed instructions adherence, QA experience, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Safety training and PPE usage are required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous QA experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• General Microsoft skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp.
• Exposure to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts and non-toxic industrial waste.
• Wear PPE and follow OSHA and company guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Operates HMIs (computer panel controls) to regulate and control bulk ingredients and pumping flows.
• Weighs ingredients for mixing process.
• Records all information as required.
• Rolls or pushes ingredient drums and pallets to weigh and prepare for each batch according to schedule and specifications.
• Reads scales and performs arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately.
• Maintains standard production quantities/rates for each product.
• Cleans and rinses equipment according to specified procedures.
• Monitors equipment to detect malfunctions; makes minor adjustments/repairs; communicates mechanical problems to maintenance.
• Mounts supplies on spindles or places supplies in hoppers or other feeding devices.
• Coordinates information and equipment with prior and next shifts.
• Leads and other dept.
• Fills in for and assists other departments when necessary.
• Regular Attendance is required in accordance with Company attendance policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Lead and Management.
• Complete initial/annual training to ensure the individual is properly qualified (QI) to perform all required job tasks as outlined in training programs/records.
