• Monitors equipment for malfunctions and communicates issues to maintenance.
• Coordinates information and equipment with other positions across shifts.
• Fills in for other processors and assists in the Spice Room as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Processors, Lead, and Management.

Duties for Processor / General Laborer:

• Collaborates respectfully with team members to support safety, quality, production, and daily goals
• Actively participates in team meetings and engages in improvement initiatives and follow-ups
• Conducts daily inspections of power equipment with proper documentation
• Organizes and retrieves ingredients for mixing according to product formulas
• Assists in moving ingredient drums and filling mixers
• Reads scales and performs arithmetic calculations accurately
• Monitors equipment for malfunctions, makes minor adjustments, and communicates issues to maintenance
• Coordinates information and equipment with Processors and Utility positions across shifts
• Fills in for other processors and assists in the Spice Room as needed
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Processors, Lead, and Management
• Use of: production machinery (such as pups, tables, air filters), cleaning and sanitation supplies, packaging supplies, scales, carts, and mixing equipment

Requirements and Desired Skills for Processor / General Laborer:

• HS Diploma not required!
• Wear PPE as required (safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hearing protection, gloves, etc.)
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Work in a safe, effective & productive manner
• Mechanical aptitude, good math skills are a plus
• Must be available to work overtime
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
