SPENGA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Ohio to lead a high-energy front desk and warmly welcome members, ensuring a positive studio experience. You will drive member engagement, oversee daily operations, and uphold SPENGA's culture.

Responsibilities include selling memberships and retail, meeting sales targets, and coordinating class setup to keep the studio running smoothly. A proactive, customer-focused attitude and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Previous sales experience; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Motivation and drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience or certifications in personal training, group training, spin, or yoga is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership abilities
