About the role

Spend Management Solutions Consultants serve as technical experts and trusted advisors, helping both internal and external stakeholders find value in Rippling’s HR, IT, and Spend Business Suites. Our Solutions Consultants focus on delivering value-driven presentations, guiding our prospective customers to realize the value of Rippling, and supporting revenue generation through strategic customer consulting. Experience working in a pre-sales capacity is required.

You will join a diverse and exceptional team of Solutions Consulting professionals. Rippling SCs drive value for customers and enable a best-in-industry buying experience. What you'll do
  • Partner with the Account Executive team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling acting as the technical expert in Rippling’s products
  • Consult with prospects to understand their business and technical requirements to drive communication on the business value of Rippling’s HR product suite
  • Create and manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives
  • Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers optimize and are successful using the Rippling HR product suite
  • Partner with the Product and Engineering teams by analyzing and presenting customer feedback to directly influence product development
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams including support, legal and compliance, and insurance teams to address customer inquiries and issues
  • Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape to better advise customers on product adoption and educate internal stakeholders
  • Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance
  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in the Financial Technology space.

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for employees will be 75/25 commission split for base/variable pay.
