Spencer Building Maintenance is seeking a bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to lead site cleaning teams, ensure service quality, and uphold safety standards. Immediate opening with on-the-job training and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

The role requires coaching staff, conducting inspections, and maintaining professional communication. Valid driver's license preferred; able to lift 35-50 lbs; hours Monday to Friday 8am-6pm; full-time position in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Description

Spencer Building Maintenancehas an immediate opening for a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor! Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. Learn new, practical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training.

Wage: $20

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm - these hours may be subject to change depending on operational needs.

• Able to perform the duties of supervised staff
• Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client
• Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.
• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
• Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism
• Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made
• Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team

• Previous experience of cleaning procedures and practices
