Job summary

Marsden South in Panama City is seeking a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning teams in local buildings. The role requires Spanish/English fluency, supervisory experience, and a commitment to safety and quality inspections. The position is full-time with benefits; shift is Monday–Friday 3pm–10pm; wage is $18.00 per hour.

You will train staff, manage supplies, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in janitorial/cleaning services.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English for daily supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to train staff and uphold safety standards.
• Proven record of quality inspections and client focus.

Marsden South has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor!

Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. Learn new, practical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training.

Locations: Panama City and surrounding areas

Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm to 10PM these hours may be subject to change depending on operational needs

Wage: 18.00/hr.

• Able to perform the duties of supervised staff
• Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client
• Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention.
• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
• Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism
• Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it - champions change when improvements can be made
• Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team

Requirements

• Must be able to start training immediately.
• 18 years of age or older
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required
• Previous Lead/Supervisor experience in Janitorial Role a must
• A valid drivers license and a good driving record is required
