The Full-Time Cleanup Technician at Bristol Motor Speedway is a hands‑on member of the Operations team responsible for keeping the Speedway, Dragway, and related facilities clean and ready for guests, employees, races, and special events.

The role emphasizes hard work, dependability, pride in a job well done, and willingness to perform cleaning tasks such as restroom cleaning, trash removal, pressure washing, sweeping, and mopping, with occasional painting and other duties.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform cleanup tasks including restroom cleaning and trash removal.
• Able to work outdoors and extended event hours.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stay productive and finish assigned cleanup tasks.
• Willing to help with additional operations duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleanup throughout the Speedway, Dragway, offices, suites, grandstands, restrooms, concourses, parking areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, pressure wash, remove trash and debris, clean restrooms, and perform other routine cleaning duties.
• Help prepare the facility before races, meetings, rentals, and special events and assist with post‑event cleanup.
• Keep work areas, cleaning supplies, and equipment clean and organized.
