Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, or landscaping.
• Familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Valid driver license and ability to perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Inspect track surface, barriers, fencing for wear or hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance: clean debris, repair potholes, patch cracks.
• Monitor track conditions during events and respond to issues.
• Maintain landscaping around track perimeter.
• Ensure drainage by clearing drains, ditches, culverts.
• Repair trackside structures and amenities.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Operate maintenance equipment like tractors and mowers.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with team, event staff, and management.
