Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will lead clinically while continuing hands-on patient care. You will supervise therapists and technicians, coordinate team tasks, and drive quality improvement to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role requires an active state license (PT/OT/SLP) and CPR/BLS certification or within 30 days of hire, plus a minimum of three years in the discipline.
