Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance hands-on patient care with team leadership. You will assess patients, develop therapy plans, supervise therapists and assistants, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold a PT/OT/SLP license, have at least three years of experience, and may pursue advanced certifications. Leadership experience is preferred as you mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in a

• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
