Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will lead a clinical team while continuing hands-on patient care. The role combines expert therapy with supervision, mentoring, and program development in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The successful candidate will hold a current PT/OT/SLP license, possess leadership experience, and be committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
