The role splits time between Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing and on-site care teams. The ideal candidate holds CCCs, an SLP license or eligibility in Massachusetts, and SNF experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Office and electronic documentation is expected. Pay range $55-$60/hr.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in MA.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.

OverviewA Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is now available in our Springfield, MA location splitting time between a subcute/skilled nursing rehab department (Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing) and Senior Living Community on campus. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.
