Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Middleboro, MA. The role involves coordinating care with rehab and nursing staff and delivering comprehensive therapy services.

Candidates must hold CCCs and a current SLP license or be license eligible; strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic systems are essential. Competitive per diem schedule with supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CCC certification is required for the role.

Responsibilities

A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Middleboro, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team you may be added to additional rosters for our other locations in the area. Must have CCC's.The Hannah B G Shaw Home is a quaint forty bed residential and sixty-seven bed skilled 5-star facility located in Middleboro, MA. Our rehab center brings together the foremost rehab physician groups, nurses, therapists, and clinicians to offer South shore residents extraordinary rehab care in a beautiful home like environment. The facility was established under the will of the late Hannah Bartlett Griffith Shaw and opened its doors to twelve residents in 1941 as a not-for-profit corporation. Our 15-bed skilled rehab unit with high majority of orthopedic patient's allow for individualized treatment sessions and flexible scheduling.
