Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for our Holden, MA sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You will join a team dedicated to high‑quality patient care and flexible rostering across local sites.

The role requires current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts, CCCs, strong computer skills, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach to therapy and documentation in an electronic system.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP) license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Must have CCC's.

Job description

Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Holden, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123‑bed nursing facility providing long‑term skilled care and short‑term rehab services. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and has grown to accommodate many needs with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and mostly private accommodations. Within Holden’s new building there are three distinct neighborhoods—short stay, long term, and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit. Each neighborhood has an activity area, family meeting spaces, outdoor courtyards, and dining areas with country kitchens. The Town Square is home to our Hair Salon, Consultation Office, and Coffee Shop.

Good Faith Rate Range: $50.00 - $60.00
