Position Overview

A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA. Once a part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local Per Diem rosters in your area. Must have CCC's.

Facility has moved into a new facility at 359 Jones Road. This facility is ideal for sub‑acute rehabilitation with multiple first floor private rooms and brand new gym space. We’re located in an isolated quiet part of town with ample outdoor space for community reintegration. Our gym was completely remodeled pre‑COVID. We’re looking for somebody with a passion for sub‑acute rehabilitation as we have a very large transitional care caseload.
