PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our SNFValdosta team. This role offers part-time or PRN scheduling with compensation up to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

You will assess and treat speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and work closely with physicians, nurses, and families. The ideal candidate holds an ASHA‑accredited master's in SLP, current state licensure, and experience in

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program is required
• Current SLP license in the state of practice is required
• Clinical Fellowship candidates considered where applicable
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, or post-acute care preferred
• Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by an ASHA-approved evaluation organization

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform dysphagia, cognitive, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and outcomes.

Formation
