Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our SNF Athens team. You will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized plans to meet patient goals.

Join a leading post-acute care provider with competitive compensation up to $130,000 annually, flexible schedules (Full Time, PRN, Part Time), and a Stay and Earn sign-on bonus of up to $8,000. Collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates considered where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform dysphagia, cognitive, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and outcomes.
