Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy per physician orders and care plans under supervision of Clinical Services leadership.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.

Your Role as a Home Health Speech Therapist

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
• Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function
• Complete documentation using streamlined AI-assisted tools
• Health insurance (starts after 30 days)
