Shift: PRN - Weekdays and/or Weekends as Needed
Pay Rate: $57.00 per hour

Assist in acquiring adaptive communication devices and instruct residents in their use.
Create personalized therapy plans based on each resident’s unique needs and capabilities.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to design the best therapeutic regimens.
Instruct residents in techniques for communication, evaluating their progress regularly.
Adjust therapy activities to meet residents’ evolving needs.
Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.
Conduct staff training and supervise therapy support personnel in accordance with standards.
Deliver services with compassion, upholding residents’ dignity and individual rights.
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida.
