Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Experience valued but new grads welcomed with CFY support.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to tailor individualized care plans.
