Job summary

Southfield Wellness Community is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities. Qualifications

• Iowa license or eligible to sit for board exams.
• Experience preferred; new grads and Clinical Fellows considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
