Job summary

Nora Springs Care Center is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs, helping patients improve communication and swallowing abilities. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay, full benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License–or eligible to sit for board exams
• Experience preferred, but new grads and Clinical Fellows welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
