Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, IA is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that improve communication and swallowing. Join our in-house team and contribute to patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License – or eligible to sit for board exams.
• New grads and Clinical Fellows welcome; experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
