Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay, full benefits, and career growth opportunities.

New grads and Clinical Fellows are welcome. We are an in-house therapy team committed to mentorship and growth, providing the tools and support needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for board exams.
• Experience preferred, but new grads and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.

Your Impact:

As aSpeech Therapist (SLP), you will:

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
