POSITION SUMMARY:
Employee will provide direct patient care. They will assist director and supervisor in supervising therapy staff and assist director in developing and implementing departmental policies and programs. The Medical Center Alliance staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including the young adult through geriatric. The therapist will be expected to work with a variety of age groups and pathologies. Core competencies would include MBS, and bedside swallow evaluations. An exhaustive list of competencies is beyond the scope of this document, but exists as reference.

NICU Experience Preferred
Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications
Current TX Speech Therapy License
Current BLS from an HCA approved vendor
