Job Overview

Join Confluent Health as a Speech Therapist - PRN at the Adult Speech Language Pathologist clinic located at 6298 Veterans Parkway, Columbus, GA.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing for patients.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination.
Qualifications
  • Current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain a license.
  • Recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with treating adults with neurological conditions for all speech needs, including cognitive therapy, language, and swallowing, is required.
