The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and pertinent licenses. Required Hours: PRN various weekdays with 2 weekend shifts per month. 8am-4:30pm.
Provides speech-language pathology services by coordinating consultations and diagnostic evaluations with patients having known or suspected communication disorders and/or oropharyngeal dysphagia; interpreting assessment data; planning and performing speech-language pathology treatment intervention programs when appropriate that restore function, prevent disability and help patients reach maximum potential. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric. Responsible for the supervision of rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers. May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.
