Job summary

HPRC in Columbus, Georgia is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem role (1–2 days per week). You will evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders, creating individualized care plans and documenting outcomes.

CFYs are encouraged to apply; compensation is $50–$52 per hour, with a 401(k) plan and employer match, plus access to AI documentation support and evidence-based therapy resources.

Qualifications

• Must have current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or be able to obtain license.
• Recent graduates and experienced SLPs encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with treating adults with neurological conditions across cognitive, language and swallowing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing for patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination
